About tickets
Once the purchase has been made, the ticket is validated by an official point, and then the ticket is scanned and attached to your user account.
The validation and scanning process is not automatic and depends on the opening hours of the official bodies, for this reason there may be a delay between the time of purchase and the appearance of the scanned ticket.
On exceptional occasions, such as when the volume of sales increases a lot due to unusually high tickets, some tickets may not appear scanned. In such cases the ticket is purchased as usual and you will receive the purchase confirmation by mail.

You can only cancel bets on plays that have not yet been validated and the sale for that draw is closed.
